Reciprocate the email style/etiquette of your prospect or customer. If they are proper and use perfect grammar, do the same. If they curse, curse back. If they use emojis and shorthand, use them right back. In other words, speak their language. You want your prospects and customers to feel like they're talking with a friend, or at least not a salesperson. Speaking their language will help you achieve this.
